Kathmandu, June 13: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index closed at 2,020.17 today after gaining 34.17 points from the last trading day’s closing. This is a gain of 1.72%.
Today the index opened at 1,989.43. According to NEPSE, the share price of 196 companies gained while 22 companies’ share declined. Five remained unchanged.
270 scrips traded hands via 70,759 transactions. A total of 10,801,693 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 4.14 Arba in turnover amount.
