Kathmandu, Dec 12: The NEPSE index, which measures stock trading in Nepal, increased by 36.86 points on Tuesday. Compared to the previous day, NEPSE increased by 1.89 points on Tuesday.
With this, the overall NEPSE index rose to 1,985.44 points. NEPSE, which increased by 111 points last Sunday, closed down by 15 points on Monday. However, from the beginning of Tuesday, the market took the path of improvement. Although there was a general ups and downs during the trading period, in the end NEPSE increased by about 37 points.
Experts said that there was some durability in Tuesday’s business.
With the rise of NEPSE, shares worth Rs 4.3 billion were traded on Tuesday. The share price of 214 companies increased, 24 companies decreased and the share price of 4 companies remained stable.
