KATHMANDU: The NEPSE index, which measures share trading in Nepal, has gained by five points on Monday. The NEPSE index has increased by 5.11 points and dropped to 2875.49 points.
The Sensitive Index, which measures Class A transactions, rose 4.17 points to 533.57. There was no excitement in the transaction amount.
A total of 19,282,815 shares of 219 companies have been traded through 81,300 transactions during the day. Accordingly, the transaction amount has reached Rs. 7.7 billion.
Investors’ pressure was seen on the shares of microfinance financial institutions on Monday. Investors in this group are seen earning more as the demand for microfinance shares was high. The sub-index has increased the most in the microfinance group.
