Kathmandu, April 11: A double-digit improvement was seen in the capital market on Tuesday. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 27.31 points to 1,871.33 points.
In today’s trading, 33,15,720 shares of 262 companies were bought and sold.
The Sub-indicators of all groups have also increased. The sub-index of the product group increased by 139.91 points and the sub-index of the life insurance group increased by 86.10 points. Banking group increased by 16.77, development bank by 79.18, finance by 37.48, hotel and tourism by 53.22 and hydropower group by 37.94 points.
Likewise, the investment group increased by 0.76 points, microfinance by 49.75 points, mutual fund by 0.16 points, life insurance by 62.92 points, other groups by 17.46 points and business group by 21.98 points.
The share price of Kalinchok Darshan Limited, which has been on a positive circuit for the last few days, was also on a positive circuit today. Likewise, the share price of Adarsh Microfinance increased by 9.69 percent.
The share price of Asanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited decreased by 3.54 percent.
