Kathmandu, Dec 13: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has seen a slight improvement today. The index increased by 2.60 points to 1,988.4 points.
On Wednesday, nearly 12 million shares of 292 companies were bought and sold.
In Wednesday’s business, the hotel and tourism group’s sub-index decreased by 1.62 percent, life insurance group by 1.14 percent, non-life insurance group by 1.31 percent and business group by 0.8 percent. Sub-indicators of all other groups have increased.
The development bank group has increased the most by 1.15 percent and microfinance group by 0.83 percent.
The share price of Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) Limited has a positive circuit today. The share price of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited lost the most by 5.69 percent.
Based on the transaction amount, Sonapur Minerals has the highest transaction. Based on the number of shares traded, the largest number of shares of Arun Kabeli Limited was bought and sold.
