Kathmandu, Nov 28: Two matches are set to take place today under the ongoing second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket tournament.

At the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur, the first match between the Chitwan Rhinos and the Kathmandu Gorkhas is scheduled to begin at 11:45 am. The second match, commencing at 4:00 pm, will feature the Karnali Yaks against the Biratnagar Kings.

Chitwan currently occupies third place on the points table with four points, whereas Kathmandu has secured only two points to date. Karnali, also with two points from three matches, faces a must-win scenario to maintain its prospects of advancing to the playoffs.

Biratnagar stands in second position with six points from four matches. A victory today would significantly enhance its chances of securing a place in the playoff stage. #nepal #cricket #NPL
