KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the Central Bank of Nepal, has requested all to exchange Qatari Riyal banknotes of Fouth Edition within May 10, 2021.
Issuing a notice on Tuesday, NRB had to notify public as per the decision of Qatar Central Bank to withdraw of Fourth Edition of the banknotes from circulation after July 1, 2021.
The NRB has requested to exchange such banknotes from Banking Department of Nepal Rastra Bank, Provincial Offices of Nepal Rastra Bank, licensed banks and financial institutions and licensed money exchanges dealing in convertible foreign currencies.
