Pokhara, Dec 16: The investigation report on Rabi Lamichhane, the President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, has been submitted to the Kaski Attorney’s Office.
The District Police Office, Kaski, submitted the report to the Government Attorney’s Office today, according to Police Spokesperson Basanta Kumar Sharma.
Lamichhane was arrested in Kathmandu on Kartik 2 in connection with a cooperative fraud case and brought to Pokhara for further investigation.
Now, the Attorney will study the report and file a case in the District Court in Kaski. However, police have not presented report regarding other investigation carried out in other districts like Kathmandu, Chitwan, Parsa and Rupandehi.
He might face separate court cases in different districts. #nepal #rabi
