President Bhandari, PM Oli discuss COVID-19

            Kathmandu : President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli have held discussions on the contemporary issues of the country as well as about the measures taken to prevent pandemic COVID-19.

            In a regular meeting held at the office of the President in Shital Niwas today, PM Oli appraised President Bhandari about the measures taken by the government to prevent the flu-like infection and progresses made towards that end.

On the occasion, the President extended her best wishes to the government for taking effective steps in the interest of the public and for prevention and control of COVID-19.

            President’s personal secretary Dr Beshraj Adhikari said that the Head of the State also called for a unified and coordinated effort at such times. —
