President Paudel authenticates four bills



Kathmandu, July 10: President Ram Chandra Paudel has authenticated four bills passed by the Federal Parliament.

According to a statement issued by the President’s Office spokesperson Ritesh Kumar Shakya, President Paudel on Thursday authenticated the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083, the Prevention of Money Laundering (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083, the Cooperatives (First Amendment) Bill, 2083, and the Bill to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Relating to Institutes of Health Sciences, 2083.

The four bills were submitted to the President’s Office for authentication on Thursday after being passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament.

With the President’s authentication, the bills have completed the legislative process and will now come into effect in accordance with the Constitution and relevant legal provisions. #nepal
