Kathmandu, Oct 19: The President Ram Chandra Paudel will offer tika to common people on Bijayadashami day. He will provide ‘tika and prasad’ on Tuesday, October 24th from 2:00 to 3:00 pm for the special and from 3:00 to 5:00 pm for the general public.
According to the President’s office, those who wish to receive tika from the hand of President Paudel on Bijayadashami day, ‘honorable persons, honorable deputy prime minister and ministers, honorable members of the Legislature-Parliament, heads of states, judges, parliamentarians, heads of constitutional bodies and those who will receive tika-prasad from 2:00 to 3:00 pm and for general public Tika-prasad program has been fixed from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
When coming to receive tika-prasad at the President’s residence, the dignitaries, special persons and common people are asked to come through entrance no. 1 in casual dress.
