Kathmandu, Aug 16: A meeting was held between President Ram Chandra Paudel and CPN UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli today at the President’s Office Sheetal Niwas.
It is said that there was a conversation between them on current issues including resuming the stalled parliament.
The main opposition CPN UML has been obstructing the Lower House and Upper House business demanding the formation of high level commission for the investigation of gold smuggling scams.
While ruling coalition partners have repeatedly denying such demands. They argue that the competent government agencies have been investigating the issues without any interference from the government.
