DAMAK: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Mayoral candidate from Damak, Jhapa, Mr Ram Bahadur Thapa has been admitted to hospital in Dharan.
According to party sources, he has been admitted to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan on Thursday. The BPKIHS has diagnosed him with appendicitis. He will have an operation today.
Meanwhile, RPP Chairman Rajendra Lingden wished Thapa a speedy recovery. Through social media, Chairman Lingden wished good health and requested all the well-wishers to be patience.
Thapa, who has become the mayoral candidate from RPP, has the support of the five-party alliance as well.
