Kathmandu, Sept 28: Chairperson of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Rajendra Lingden, has left here for Qatar on Wednesday night to participate in various programmes organised by party-affiliated Overseas Nepali Unity Society, Qatar.
RPP Spokesperson Mohan Kumar Shrestha shared that Chair Lingden would hold meeting and interaction with different Nepali organisations, Nepali Community as well as inquire about problems facing Nepali migrant workers and hold discussion on various matters with officials of the Nepali Embassy in Qatar during his stay in Qatar.
Similarly, the RPP chair is scheduled to participate in the special programme organised by the Society. RPP central committee member and Chief of RPP Central Migrant Department, Ananda Adhikari, is also in the delegation led by Chair Lingden.
Senior Vice-Chairperson of the party, Buddhiman Tamang has been given responsibility of acting Chairperson of the party during the absence of Chair Lingden, according to the RPP. Chair Lingden will return home on September 30.RSS
