Kathmandu, Dec 30: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has submitted its closed list of proportional representation (PR) candidates to the Election Commission.
According to the party, the closed list includes the names of 110 candidates from various clusters. The list has been prepared jointly, incorporating candidates from both RPP and RPP Nepal following the unification of the two parties.
From the Indigenous Nationalities (Adivasi Janajati) cluster, Toran Bahadur Gurung has been placed at the top of the closed list. Names of RPP spokesperson Mohan Kumar Shrestha and firebrand speaker Khushbu Oli have been included in the list.
The party has stated that the closed list reflects representation from different communities and groups as required under the proportional representation system. #nepal #RPP
