RSP delegation led by Rabi Lamichhane to visit India at BJP’s invitation

Kathmandu, May 31: A delegation of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), led by its President Rabi Lamichhane, will visit India from June 1 (Monday) at the invitation of India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

According to a press release issued by the BJP’s Foreign Affairs Department, the Nepali delegation will hold meetings with BJP National President Nitin Nabin and other senior party leaders in New Delhi during the visit.

The visit aims to initiate party-to-party engagement between the RSP and the BJP and provide an opportunity for the exchange of views on organizational practices, democratic processes, and people-centric political outreach, the statement reads, “The Bharatiya Janata Party welcomes the delegation and looks forward to constructive dialogue.”

The press release was issued by Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale, head of the BJP’s Foreign Affairs Department.

According to sources, President Lamichhane will hold series of meetings with Indian establishment, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, among others. #nepal
