Kathmandu, Oct 9: Sanima Bank Limited, a private sector bank in Nepal, has proposed a 5.2632% cash dividend for the previous fiscal year 2023/24.
The meeting of the Board of Directors decided to distribute a 5.2632%% cash dividend (including tax) worth RS. 714 million. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 13.58 billion.
This decision is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank. #sanima #bank #nepal
