Kathmandu, June 3: The Supreme Court is going to deliver its verdict on the case of corruption against former minister Govinda Raj Joshi in coming July.
The division bench of Justices Binod Sharma and Balkrishna Dhakal has fixed the date of submission of argument note for July 5 and pronouncement of judgment on July 28. In 2060 BS, the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had filed a case of corruption against former minister Joshi at the special court.
Joshi appealed against the special court decision in the Supreme Court in 2069 BS. #nepal #corruption
