KATHMANDU, Nov 30: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed senior advocate Ram Prasad Shrestha, a resident of Dharan in Sunsari district to the post of member of the Judicial Council.
The appointment was made as per Article 153 (1) (e) of the Constitution, according to the Office of the President.
Earlier, the Nepal Bar Association had recommended Shrestha’s name for the Judicial Council.
