Lalitpur, Dec 22: The Federation of Women Entrepreneurs’ Association Nepal (FWEAN) has elected a new executive committee consisting of 25 members, led by Darshana Shrestha, during its 10th General Assembly.
The federation convened its 22nd annual general meeting and 10th general assembly in Lalitpur today.
Serving as a key organization for women entrepreneurs nationwide, the federation has been dedicated to the development, promotion, and socio-economic empowerment of women entrepreneurs since its inception.
It has successfully expanded its reach to all 77 districts across the country, now representing over 5,500 women entrepreneurs.
The 22nd Annual General Meeting was chaired by Shobha Gyawali, who shared insights regarding the programmes, achievements, and challenges faced by the Federation during her leadership.
During the general meeting, the Federation’s General Secretary Kunnam Pokharel delivered the annual progress report for the fiscal year 2081/082, while Treasurer Savita Subedi presented the financial report.#nepal #rss
