Kathmandu, March 19: Shyam Raj Ojha, a candidate of Congress-affiliated Nepal Student Union, has been elected as the President of Free Student Union of Tribhuvan University Central Campus Kirtipur.
While he got 932 votes, his nearest competitor Prakash Bista of CPN UML affiliated ANNFSU got 631 votes.
Similarly, Siddhanta Bhatta of ANNFSU has been elected as the Secretary of FSU. Electronic voting was held in Kirtipur this time. Two thousand 76 votes were cast out of three thousand 339 in the FSU election of Kirtipur.
