Kailali, Sept 9: A meeting today of Sudurpaschim Province government on peace and security agreed to issue a public call aiming to resolve the issues raised by the Gen Z people and other youth groups through dialogue and discussion.
The meeting held under the chair of Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers decided this, as stated by the Office.
The meeting also decided to make arrangements for coordination and consultation with political parties, civil society, and stakeholders in all districts with the province for building a peaceful atmosphere in view of increased security sensitivity.
Likewise, the meeting expressed sorrow over the loss of lives during the first day of the Gen Z groups on September 8, and extended wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured.
The meeting was attended by the Chief District Officer of Kailali district and the chiefs of all four security agencies.#nepal #Sudurpashim Province #rss
