Kathmandu, Aug 29: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Badri Prasad Pandey, has said a time has come to review whether the reports submitted by the investigation committees formed after aircraft crashes are factual or not. Addressing the two-day workshop seminar related to aviation safety organized by Airlines Operators
