Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand extended thanks to the home administration, security agencies’ chiefs, Chief District Officers and security in-charge of Kathmandu Valley districts for providing security arrangement by keeping patience in the struggle waged against the US grant project, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact. Following the parliamentary endorsement of
