Kathmandu, Feb 28: As many as 1,076 complaints have been lodged before the District Code of Conduct Monitoring Committees and Monitoring Officers. According to the Election Commission, out of the complaints received, 1,061 or 99 percent have been resolved. Provincially, the highest numbers of complaints were received in Lumbini Province
