Kathmandu, Jan 27: The CPN (Maoist Centre) has stated that policy-level consistency was needed for infrastructure development and economic development in the country. At a programme organized by the Maoist Centre's Finance and Planning Department in Kathmandu on Sunday, deputy general secretary of the Maoist Centre, Barshaman Pun, said consistency
