FDB should be made effective for cinema certification: Kharel

Kathmandu, Jan 6: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel has emphasised that the Film Development Board (FDB) needs to be made more effective for film certification. During the clause-wise discussions on the Film Bill in the Parliamentary Committee on Legislative Management of the National Assembly today, he said,
