Kathmandu, March 14: Prime Minister of Japan Kishida Fumio has congratulated sent Ram Chandra Paudel on his inauguration as President of Nepal. The Japanese PM extended congratulations to President Paudel in an official letter on March 13. "The Government of Japan is looking forward to further working with the Government
