Lalitpur, July 30: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has emphasized that the government must encourage businesspersons and entrepreneurs to boost investment and drive economic growth. Speaking at a program organized by the NC’s Department of Financial Institution Coordination at the party’s central office in Sanepa on Tuesday, Deuba
