Kathmandu : The Medical Education Commission (MEC) has proceeded towards an action against Biratnagar-based Nobel Medical College. The college has been accused of charging its MBBS students additional fees and troubling them under various pretexts. Today's meeting of the Education and Health Committee under the House of Representatives took a
