Discrimination prevails even in parliament: Lawmaker Bina Lama

Kathmandu, Feb 24: Parliament is for lawmaking. But, the lawmakers are confined to 'Yes' or 'No' in the process of lawmaking. Most of them are unaware how bills are drafted and who draft these. I do not find any more role of lawmakers than saying 'Yes' or 'No' in forwarding
