Nawalpur, Oct 19: Two people died in a jeep accident this morning in Kawasoti, Nawalpur. The jeep, registration number Ba.Pra.07 001J 0020, was en route from Baluwadanda to Kawasoti when it skidded off a bend and crashed.
According to the police, 28 passengers were injured in the accident, with nine in critical condition. The critically injured are receiving treatment at the district hospital.
The deceased have been identified as Pabitra Marsangi and Pawan Marsangi, who were siblings from Bulingtar.
Police suspect that the accident occurred due to the jeep being overloaded, as it was carrying 30 passengers. #accident
