Kathmandu, July 29: Chairman of the CPN (UML) and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Saturday stressed the need for party’s people-elected representatives to remain decent while discharging their duties.
Inaugurating a training session for the elected people’s representatives from Lumbini Province in Nepalgunj, he said, “Party’s elected representatives should work for the welfare of the people being free from arrogance and ego.”
The UML was moving ahead with the aim of securing majority seats in the next elections, he stated.
Similarly on the occasion, the UML vice chairperson Bishnu Paudel, and secretary and in-charge of Lumbini Province Padma Aryal called for the people’s representatives for strengthening the party while serving the people.
