Bhaktapur, Sept 27: CPN (UML) Chair and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stressed on the need of maintaining peace, and law and order in the country.
At the greetings exchange programme organised by the Youth Association Nepal in Gundu today, he stated that, having established themselves as peace-loving Nepalis, we must maintain that image by upholding peace and order in the country.
Supporting the demands of the Gen-Z on issues such as controlling corruption and promoting good governance, he said, “On the 8th and 9th of September, there was an infiltration in the movement launched by the Gen-Z, sidelining them. The new generation people certainly did not set fire to Singha Durbar, holding the national flag.”
