Kathmandu, Aug 4: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the players’ names for the training of the one-day triangular series involving Nepal, Canada and Oman to be held in Canada in September under the ICC World Cup League-2.
CAN has announced a 22-member squad under the captaincy of Rohit Kumar Paudel for closed training on Sunday.
Nepal will play the triangular series in the second round of the game. In the first round, Nepal played against Namibia and Netherlands.
In the series, there is a provision that each team will play the same two matches. Nepal has won only one match in the first round. In the first round held in Kathmandu, Nepal defeated the Netherlands in one match.
