Kathmandu, Aug 21: The Anti-Human Trafficking Bureau of Nepal Police raided the Office of the Association of Music Industries Nepal in Anamnagar, Kathmandu today.
Spokesperson of the Bureau, Superintendent of Police, Gautam Mishra, informed that the Bureau’s team raided the Association’s office this afternoon and seized some documents and computer hard drives. “The association office was closed since three days, after it opened today our team seized the minute book, letter pad and hard disk of the computers from the office.”
Spokesperson Mishra further said that the bureau raided the office based on the information that people were being sent abroad by creating fake documents.
“We have received information that people are being sent abroad by making fake documents through the Association”, he said. #rss
