Over 5,300 people benefitted from health camp



Sindhupalchowk, Dec 19: More than 5,300 people were benefitted from health camp organized at Bhotenamlang and Thangpaldhap of Panchpokhari Thangpal rural municipality in Sindhupalchowk.

The two-day health camp was organized at coordination of District Public Health Office, Chautara Hospital and Panchpokhari Thangpal rural municipality, said Information Officer at Chautara Hospital, Dr Amardip Shah.

Different health services including general check-up, pediatrics, ENT, eye, dental and gynecology and counseling in the camp.  The health camp was organized targeting the people of rural areas and those who could not reach the hospital due to financial condition, said Spokesperson of the rural municipality, Narayan Bhattarai.

Minister for Health of Bagmati Province, Kiran Thapa Magar, said the ministry has been working to provide health services at remote areas in the province. #nepal #rss
