PM Cup Men’s Cricket Tournament from January 15



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Cup One-day Men’s National Cricket Tournament is taking place on January 15-30.

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Friday published a tie-sheet for the match. Seven provinces and three departmental teams would take part in the match, said CAN President Chatur Bahadur Chand.

The match will be organised by the CAN with financial assistance of the National Sports Council.

The participating teams have been divided into two groups.

Tribhuvan Army Club, Nepal Armed Police Force Club, Gandaki Province, Province 1 and Karnali Province are placed into Group ‘A’ and Nepal Police Club, Bagmati Province, Lumbini Province, Province 2 and Sudurpaschim Province Group ‘B’.

The opening match is scheduled to take place between Tribhuvan Army Club and Gandaki Province in the Kirtipur-based Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground.
