Kathmandu, Aug 16: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has resumed his regular meetings and works after he returned home following his health checkups in Singapore.

PM Oli today held a meeting with a delegation of cadres of ruling Nepal Communist Party of Jhapa Constituency 5 in his official residence in Baluwatar.

Now he is participating in a NCP Secretariat meeting. Earlier on Thursday, a NCP meeting was postponed due to minor illness health following his checkups in Singapore last week.

“Have you come to meet me thinking I am sick? I am all fit and fine. Reports relating to my health are just misinformation,” PM’s press advisor Dr Kundan Aryal quoted PM Oli as responding to the delegation.

The delegation is said to have discussed development activities of the constituency and the whole Jhapa district.

“I had a 99-100 degree fever yesterday. I took a Paracetamol and got cured. Propagandas were spread like I was serious. I took tests of eye, ear, throat and all body parts in Singapore. Doctors told all body organs are alright and nothing will happen to me in the next 20 to 25 years. So I am not sick,” he told addressing to his all well-wishers.
