Kathmandu, July 12: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda”s wife Sita Dahal has passed away. She died this morning at Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu.
According to hospital sources, Sita died at around 8:30 this morning.
She was taken to the hospital this morning due to her serious health condition. Prime Minister Prachanda has also reached Norvic Hospital.
Suffering from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a complex disease similar to Parkinson, Sita Dahal was bedridden for a long time.
According to CPN Maoist Center, her body will be kept at Parisdanda Party Office for public function and will be cremated at Pashupati at around 2 pm today.
