Kathmandu, Feb 10: Then Rastriya Panchayat member Nanimaiya Dahal has passed away. She was 92, when she passed away during treatment for pneumonia at the Dirghayu Hospital in Kathmandu.
Dahal was elected a member of the Rastriya Panchayat by defeating Jogmehar Shrestha during the Panchayat period. She came into the limelight after defeating Shrestha by a double margin of votes.
Family sources have stated that her last rites will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today itself. #nepal #rss
