Three missing, one injured when car falls on Trishuli river



DHADING: Three persons have gone missing and one injured when a car heading towards Pokhara from Kathmandu fell into the Trishuli River on the Prithvi Highway at Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-5, Nagdikhola.

The car fell into the river about 35 meters below the road at 11:45 pm on Thursday night.

According to the District Police Office, the injured have been identified as Rudralal Subedi, 46, of Pokhara Metropolitan City-17. He is undergoing treatment at the College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital (Old Medical College) in Bharatpur. The condition of the injured is moderate.

Prem Bahadur Bhujel (60), Lekhram Bhujel (55) and his wife Ishwori Bhujel (36) of the same place were in the car. Police said that they went missing along with the car. The search for the missing is ongoing, police said.
