Kathmandu, July 28: The U.S. Embassy in Nepal supported the fourth CEO Dialogue, titled “Growing Global Value: Technology, Partnerships, and the Future of Nepal’s Tea and Specialty Agribusiness,” held in Biratnagar on July 20 to promote innovation, investment, and export opportunities in Nepal’s agribusiness sector.
The dialogue brought together business leaders, investors, policymakers, and agribusiness experts to discuss strategies for strengthening U.S.–Nepal commercial ties and expanding Nepal’s presence in global markets through technology, partnerships, and value-added agricultural products.

The event was implemented by the International Development Institute and Aadyanta Advisory, in partnership with AmCham Nepal, the Global Impact Collective, and the Nepal Tea Collective.
During the discussion, Amigo Khadka of Nepal Tea Collective shared insights on how technology, strategic branding, and international partnerships have helped position Nepali tea in global markets. James Bernard of the Global Impact Collective highlighted the importance of innovative financing models and cross-sector collaboration in building stronger agribusiness value chains and driving sustainable growth.
According to the U.S. Embassy, the CEO Dialogue series connects Nepali entrepreneurs with American expertise, technology, and private-sector leadership, creating new opportunities for innovation, investment, trade, and long-term economic cooperation that benefit both Nepal and the United States. #Nepal
