Kathmandu, April 18: A US diplomat Samir Paul Kapur, Assistant Secretary of State for South & Central Asia, is arriving in Kathmandu on Monday for a three-day visit.
He will be the senior-most foreign official to visit Nepal since PM Balen Shah assumed office on March 27. #nepal #Balen
