The opposition political parties, including CPN (Maoist Centre) have been raising voice against the series of Ordinances by delaying to call the winter session of the Parliament. However, the government has argued that the Ordinances were issued to effective delivery of services, and creating conducive environment to business.
Even, some of the constitutional experts have suggested government to not rely more on Ordinances. They said that the incumbent government can speed up the legislative process because the present coalition has nearly two-third majority in the House. #nepal #govt #ordinances
