KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has sent all the writ petitions related to the dissolution of the House of Representatives to the Constitutional Bench.
A single bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana on Thursday directed to send all writs to the Constitutional Court.
JBR’s Bench on Thursday heard 19 writ petitions seeking the dissolution of parliament. After the hearing, he said, “It all goes to the Constitutional Court.”
Eleven writ petitions related to the dissolution of the parliament have already been registered in the Constitutional Bench. The writ petition is scheduled to be heard on Friday.
