Hearing of the dissolution of the parliament begin at Constitutional Bench

KATHMANDU: The hearing of the case against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) has started in the Constitutional Court at the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court administration has stated that the case will be heard continuously from today.

Chief Justice Cholendra Shamser JB Rana and Justice Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada have reminded the legal practitioners about the 15-hour time limit for debate.

The Constitutional Bench comprise of Chief Justice Rana, Justices Dipak Kumar Karki, Meera Khadka, Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada and Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai.
