KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has reinstated four state assembly members from Karnali State.
A single bench of Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut has issued an interim order not to implement the decision of the CPN (UML) Central Committee to expel four state assembly members Prakash Jwala, Nanda Singh Budha, Amar Bahadur Thapa and Kurmaraj Shahi.
The interim order states that the CPN (UML)’s General Assembly Organizing Committee cannot make such decision.
